Cahabón is an ultra-premium cacao, grown, fermented, and dried in the lush highlands of Cahabón, Guatemala. It’s crafted by the ADIOESMAC cooperative – a community of local farmers who’ve nurtured the land since 2004, growing cacao alongside cardamom, cinnamon, and chili.
On a mountaintop surrounded by jungle-covered hills, the cacao is fermented in wooden boxes and dried on bamboo decks and sunlit terraces.
Rooted in tradition, crafted with care
This cacao is sourced directly from small-scale family farms and collectives in Guatemala, where farmers are honored with wages above fair trade standards for their craft and care.
Each bean is selected by hand and gently roasted over a wood fire, following traditional methods that preserve both the flavor and the spirit of the cacao.

Ingredients:
Ceremonial-grade cacao paste (1 TABLESPOON)
Water/plant-based milk
Optional - sweeteners and spices
Instructions:
Heat water or plant-based milk gently - under 70 degrees temp.
Add ceremonial-grade cacao and stir until melted.
Optionally add sweeteners and spices.
Froth manually or by using an electric device.
Pour into cups, set intentions, and enjoy mindfully.
